the location was strategic and fantastic for visiting restaurants and cafes minutes drive from the hotel. i was here for 1 day and would come back for sure.

Reasonably spacious and airy room with soft bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Lovely view to city. Marvellous and excellent location in Batam, adjacent to mega mall and ferry terminal and Batam centre and Food and coffee shops.

Breakfast basic.

The new building offers rooms with big windows, with very accommodating and friendly staff, located conveniently close to the airport and a large shopping mall.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal, making it a great choice for travelers coming to Batam. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the rooms with big windows that provided ample natural light.

One small area of improvement would be the breakfast options. While the meals provided were decent, it would be nice to see a greater variety of choices offered.

Clean room with complete amenities - towels, slippers, hair-dryer, and two pillows. The shower room is spotless. Helpful staff - from the attentive Indonesian guy on my first day to the two guest relation officers who assisted me with my booking. Not to mention the hospitality of the housekeeper.
